6. Checking Warranty: All Products Only 2 Days Replacement Checking Warranty for checking Quality & Specification.

Warranty Terms & Condition

1. The warranty terms and conditions mentioned by manufactures will also be considered on all warranty claims. The same may be viewed at the manufactures website.
2. Warranty means replacement with new refurbished product or repair the same whichever is applicable, decided by manufacture.
3. Warranty period covers 330 days from the date of customer purchase, we provide warranty replacement once the warranty claim is approved by distributer/manufactures. Although we try our best to give the warranty replacement at the earliest but this period may vary from 10 to 20working days and under certain circumstances this may be extended to 30 days.
4. The production component may be replaced or repair at the discretion of the manufacture/supplier/distributor once the warranty claims is accepted. The duration of return may range from 3 to 6 weeks.
5. The warranty claims accepted on ‘conditional’ if the warranty support centre is not satisfied that top defect due to manufacturing basis fault. Acceptance of warranty in this case will depend solely on the discretion of the manufacture/supplier/distributor. Please note that this may take more than normal.
6. The original purchaser will be on only entitle for warranty claims hence this warranty is not transferable in any case.
7. Virus, Infection, worm or similar malicious code not introduced by company or abuse, negligence, accident, loss or damage in transit, fire or water damage, electrical disturbances, transportation by Customer, or other causes beyond company control.
8. Burning physical damage & software have No Warranty.
9. During the Warranty Claim we have not provide supporting Product for work.
10. Warranty will void if product sticker or serial number is removed of Broken.
11. Keyboard Mouse Speakers Power Supply Adaptors Printers Teflon Heads Ribbons Toners Cartridge used Refurbished Products & All other consumables Just Only Checking Warranty.
12. International Warranty Claim Provide with in 30 Days and Customer Paid the amount of International Courier Charges of Product Claim estimated Rs: 2500 to Rs:4000 as per Electronic association.
13. Any 3 Year Warranty Claim Products 1st year free warranty rest of period will be charge.
